The primary purpose of the Customer Service & Marketing Administrator is to provide effective customer service for internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the marketing department. The position will primarily be located in our Camarillo, CA location.


  • BA in Business Administraiton or Marketing (Minimum Associate’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in a similar role)
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Graphics, Adobe package
  • Experience in Navision an added advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Energetic hard worker that takes initiative
  • Results oriented with strong organizational skills and effective time management skills

Job Description and Essential Functions:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
  • Assists the marketing team with design of images for brochures, flyers and catalogues
  • Assembles catalogues and maintains sufficient inventory for customer requirements (printing, preparing labels, adding samples, ordering binders as well as shipping/mailing).
  • Maintains a library of catalogues, samples, presentations, brochures used for marketing and corporate purposes (both digital and actual samples).
  • Works closely with the finance department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Work closely with Planning and Shipping regarding orders for customer groups
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned
